Returns

You can return your item for a store credit or a refund.

Approval is required for all returns by contacting sales@hunthouse.com.au.  Returns are processed within two business days of receiving your item/s. All returns will be processed for store credit or refund and an email will be sent to you with details to use your store credit, once the return has been processed. 

Postage for return items will be at the customer's expense.

Returns must be received in original condition (unwashed, unworn, tags still attached, in original packaging) within 14 days of receipt. In the rare event that a return is rejected, the decision is final and not negotiable.

Please note we do not offer returns for items available in our Sale section (unless deemed faulty).
